Ann Mosso is a collaborative, process-driven leader who partners with her clients to understand root cause issues that underlie business challenges – many of them people related – and then provides guidance, practical recommendations and coaching to drive initiatives forward. She understands, through lessons learned the hard way, how to successfully deliver on initiatives. Key to her success is an innate ability to drive alignment between functional areas within an organization by collaborating with leaders and teams, bringing them together to resolve conflict and breakdown barriers so they can deliver on their initiatives. Ann has a deep passion for helping others drive change. She is continually inspired to lead teams to develop new ways to affect change through leadership and personal growth.

Ann currently volunteers as an entrepreneurial Financial Coach for Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute and a Community Mentor for the Think Like A Genius Program through Colorado Young Leaders. She also served as the Board Chair of Child Advocates – Denver CASA for 6 years. She’s passionate about giving back to the community. She strengthens the organizations she volunteers with through driving change around best practices and encouraging innovative thinking.

Prior to starting EMPOWER2Evolve, Ann spent 10 years serving clients in a management advisory and client service capacity. She also spent several years working in private industry focused on process re-engineering and merger integration. She started her career with PwC in their Audit practice where she was promoted to Senior Manager and worked in both the Denver and London offices. Ann is an active CPA and has an MBA from the University of Colorado Executive Program.

Scott HeadshotScott Richardson is a passionate, collaborative leader who works with individuals, teams and organizations to identify the underlying causes of problems within an organization. Communication and people issues make up the majority of these problems. He excels at breaking down silos, creating alliances and building positive solutions that drive organizational success.

He understands the importance of the development of action plans, prioritization and implementation based on situational awareness and critical factors. His 40 years in emergency services, several of them serving in the military, have given him first-hand experience making key leadership decisions in critical situations.  This translates into a coach that can help you develop, prioritize and implement action plans with a focused and centered approach.

Scott is passionate about service –  both giving back to the community and as a respected servant-leader as a Division Chief for South Metro Fire Rescue. He volunteers for many philanthropic organizations with the goal of giving to others first and empowering those less fortunate. Prior to starting EMPOWER2Evolve, spent 15 years consulting and training for Emergency Services Agencies.  He holds both a BA and MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University.
