The first set of modules unpacks the Drama Triangle and The Empowerment Dynamic™, revealing why an outcome-based mindset is essential.
You’ll learn to navigate workplace challenges using the SCARF Model, identifying the 5 biological threats that trigger defensiveness in your team. By mastering the 3 Vital Questions – Focus, Relating, and Action – you can turn the friction of everyday drama into resourceful resilience.
Finally, you will learn to recognize when you are operating ‘Below the Line’ (out of self-protection) and how to shift ‘Above the Line’ to create results. Each module includes practical exercises to enhance team dynamics and organizational outcomes.
