Our founders recognized these recurring patterns throughout their careers and, driven by authentic curiosity, embarked on a mission to understand why these barriers persisted. Rather than relying solely on theory, they chose a unique path: working shoulder-to-shoulder with leaders, managers, and individual contributors actually living these struggles.

What emerged from this collaborative journey is a concrete set of realistic tools, techniques, and methodologies—proven in real-world environments—that we now deploy in our leadership development programs. Ann Mosso

Ann Mosso is a collaborative and conscious leader who partners with clients to uncover the invisible barriers that quietly impede organizational success and personal fulfillment. Driven by authentic curiosity and a keen ability to facilitate alignment across diverse perspectives, Ann guides leaders and teams to resolve deep-seated conflicts, break down hidden barriers, and foster unwavering trust. Her passion lies in empowering individuals and organizations to evolve and thrive by identifying underlying issues, developing tailored strategies rooted in mindset shifts and psychological safety, and implementing effective solutions that lead to sustainable growth and breakthrough results. As a trusted advisor, Ann seamlessly combines her sharp analytical skills with an empathetic approach, fostering open communication and creating the safe space necessary for individuals and teams to unlock their full potential and achieve impact previously thought out of reach. Her dedication to cultivating authentic transformation sets the foundation for every successful partnership.
Ann currently volunteers as an entrepreneurial Financial Coach for Rocky Mountain MicroFinance Institute. Previously, she was a Community Mentor in the Think Like a Genius Challenge for Colorado Young Leaders and served as the Board Chair of Child Advocates – Denver CASA for 7 years, passionately driving change around best practices and encouraging innovative thinking in the community.

Prior to starting EMPOWER2Evolve, Ann spent 10 years in management advisory and client service, and several years in private industry focused on process re-engineering and merger integration. She began her career at PwC, where she was promoted to Senior Manager and worked in both the Denver and London offices. Ann is an active CPA and holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Executive Program. She is also a Certified TED* Coach and holds a Leadership Circle Profile Certification.
Scott Richardson is a dedicated servant leader who transforms challenges into opportunities for authentic personal and organizational evolution. Drawing on over 40 years of experience leading teams through high-stakes, complex, and even combat environments, Scott possesses a rare ability to understand the root causes of internal friction. He specializes in guiding leaders and teams to overcome communication barriers and interpersonal struggles, shifting from a reactive mindset to one that fosters genuine connection and unwavering trust.

As a passionate advocate for people-first leadership, Scott empowers clients to become their best selves and unlock their full potential. His unique approach extends beyond simply breaking down silos; he actively cultivates cultures of trust and candid collaboration, providing practical tools and strategies that drive organizational success. Scott’s dedication to inspiring others to embrace their role as servant leaders, exemplified by his work as a Division Chief for South Metro Fire Rescue, makes him an unparalleled guide for creating enduring impact in any organizational or community setting.
Prior to EMPOWER2Evolve, Scott spent 15 years consulting and training for Emergency Services Agencies. He holds an Associate’s degree in Public Safety, and a BA and MA in Organizational Management from Ashford University. He is a Certified 3 Vital Questions Trainer and also a Colorado Governor’s Fellow.
