Course Module Summaries

The first set of modules unpacks the Drama Triangle and The Empowerment Dynamic™, revealing why an outcome-based mindset is essential.

You’ll learn to navigate workplace challenges using the SCARF Model, identifying the 5 biological threats that trigger defensiveness in your team. By mastering the 3 Vital Questions—Focus, Relating, and Action—you can turn the friction of everyday drama into resourceful resilience.

Finally, you will learn to recognize when you are operating ‘Below the Line’ (out of self-protection) and how to shift ‘Above the Line’ to create results. Each module includes practical exercises to enhance team dynamics and organizational outcomes.

This module invites you to examine your belief system and articulate your core values, using them as the foundation of your leadership. You’ll explore how your self-concept acts as a filter for every decision you make. Armed with this insight, you can lead authentically, ensuring that your actions consistently reflect your highest values. The module’s tools and reflective exercises help you translate inner clarity into outward influence, enabling you to create a lasting, positive effect in your team and the wider organization.

In this module, you’ll move confidently from a reactive mindset into the more expansive, creative dimensions of leadership. Guided by the Leadership Circle Profile assessment, you’ll isolate three precise areas to develop. From there, you’ll design practical, everyday actions that dismantle self-limiting beliefs and replace them with a leadership approach rooted in empowerment. Moving into the creative dimensions of your profile will deepen relationships, sharpen self-awareness and authenticity, clarify organizational interdependencies, and ultimately elevate business results.  

Here, the emphasis is on Team Emotional Intelligence. You won’t just talk about safety; you will build a ‘Team Operating System’ with explicit norms and ‘pause buttons’ that allow your team to navigate conflict without toxicity.

You will move beyond the vague idea of ‘being nice’ to building specific Operating Guidelines that keep your team ‘Above the Line’ when pressure hits. You will develop the practice of Leading with Humility, learning to spot the gap between your team’s Awareness (‘We know something is wrong’) and their Management (‘We have a rule to fix it’).

In this module, you’ll gain fresh insight into empowering leadership by mastering the Outward Mindset. You will learn the neuroscience of delegation—specifically how to overcome the ‘Dopamine Trap’ of rescuing your team to satisfy your own need for heroism.

You’ll explore how to navigate different leadership venues and delegate with intention, ensuring you build Autonomy and Competence in others rather than just assigning tasks. Together, we’ll apply specific tactics to break down organizational silos and foster a culture of deep trust, seamless collaboration, and results-focused accountability.

This capstone module integrates the tools you’ve learned into a sustainable leadership practice. You will move beyond the theory of Mindful Leadership to the application—building the specific cognitive resilience required to stay ‘Above the Line’ in a high-pressure environment.

We will focus on protecting your Human Capacity—preventing burnout and managing energy, not just time. Finally, you will translate your insights into a detailed 90-Day Integration Plan, ensuring that your upgrade from ‘Reactive Manager’ to ‘Conscious Leader’ sticks long after the course ends.
